| 故障处理 Fault Handling 印刷机在使用过程中经常会出现各种问题,经常损坏机件、电气故障频繁出现，有人说是机器太老了。机器旧固然是一个客观原因，但新机就不出故障吗？有的印刷厂新机故障比旧机还多。客观的说，机器的使用情况和故障率包括以下因素：机器的制造质量、安装调试、保养情况、合理操作、最主要的是维修质量。机器的质量是出厂时客观存在的，无论是新机或是旧机，装机和调试是第一关。 Printers often have various problems in the use process, often damaged parts, electrical failures occur frequently, some people say that the machine is too old. The old machine is an objective reason, but will the new machine not break down? Some printing houses have more breakdowns in new machines than in old ones.
