首先生产前的一些检查工作:查看机组内和工作台有无其它物品;检查各油位是否正常;擦拭并检查印版有无损坏;运转机器检查有无异响;各润滑点必须加一次油;了解设备运行状况,运转机器检查有无异响。

第二步生产的准备工作:查看交接记录;接到生产指定单,首先核查指定单是否正确,了解将要生产产品的工艺要求、生产数量及注意事项,两班制印刷的活件要在印刷面上做好标记,以便追溯质量问题;根据指定单准备原辅材料;仔细阅读产品指定单,了解产品有无特殊要求(是否需要联机上光;是否模切及模切要求;印刷色序有无要求;核实是先印刷还是先碰线)查看纸板生产情况,看是否需要分批印刷而避免费次品发生(纸板上严禁坐人或手压,以免照成局部凹陷,影响印刷);预先根据印刷颜色需要设定墨量及油墨粘度;正确调整机器压力、印刷速度、开槽位置、合理安排色序。

第三步生产中:开机送纸,生产一两张纸板,检验合格,开始批量生产;参照认可稿或认可实样需检查包装箱像图文位置,上光位置,箱型大小,图文是否齐全 。对图文进行检查:脱稿检查(脱离签字稿)逐行通读;避免签字稿本身存在失误;根据签字稿或样品检查; 生产过程中,随时抽检,查看有无跑位,有无色差,图文是否清晰及短缺,开槽成型刀口有无毛边、撕裂,盖子成型有无叠缝,压线是否正确,压力是否合适。有质量问题及时处理,并在缺陷处加以标示,方便后工序将其检出。上纸板员工在上纸板过程中,严格检查、控制纸板质量,如发现起泡、弯折、露瓦、撕裂等不良纸板,需检出以作其它使用。如发现出现较大色差及无墨现象;图文缺损或印版有问题;印面有脏;机子故障等应立即停机处理。生产中随时观察机器有无问题,并及时保修。发现材料问题无法当场解决的应停止生产,上报质检员,让有关部门解决,为后续生产做准备。最后是生产结束后要将印刷好的合格品与待检品分开放置,并标示清楚。机长安排人员按照《机器保养维护制度》对机器进行清洗维护。切断电源、气流。

If there is a larger chromatic aberration and no ink phenomenon, there will be defects in the picture and text or printing plates. The printing surface is dirty, and the machine fault should be stopped immediately. In production, observe the machine at any time, and guarantee it in time. If the material problem can not be solved on the spot, the production should be stopped. The quality inspector shall be reported to the relevant departments for settlement, so as to prepare for the subsequent production. Finally, after the production is finished, the printed products should be placed separately and clearly marked.
