How to improve effective running time is a problem that every printing enterprise needs to pay close attention to and achieve better results through various measures. First of all, we need to know what effective running time is. We usually define it as the time or percentage that printing presses can print normally. But for different printing enterprises, it will involve many different problems. There are many factors affecting the effective run time, including waiting for customers (Marketing Issues); waiting for printing (production problems); waiting for ink (procurement issues); remaking (rework); operator errors, and so on. Printing enterprises can take the following three main measures to improve the effective running time of printing presses. (1) remote service; (2) operator training; (3) strictly abide by equipment manufacturer's printing machine maintenance requirements.
